संसद के अंदर और  बाहर की घटना ने पूरे देश को विस्मित किया है। संसद में लोकसभा के अंदर दो व्यक्तियों का कूदना, परिसर के बाहर नारा लगाना, पीली धुएं छोड़ना निश्चित रूप से चिंता का विषय है। लोकसभा में दर्शक दीर्घा से कूदने वाले सागर शर्मा और मनोरंजन डी तथा बाहर परिवहन भवन के सामने नारा लगाने वाले अमोल शिंदे और नीलम आजाद सबके पास एक ही प्रकार का रंगीन स्मोक था। हालांकि इन सबके बीच संबंध था और इस कारण तारतम्यता भी, लेकिन बाहर सड़क पर परिवहन भवन के सामने कोई भी खड़ा होगा, नारा लगाएगा या  धुआं छोड़ सकता है। उसे सुरक्षा चूक नहीं कहा जा सकता क्योंकि वह खुली जगह है। अंदर की घटना को सुरक्षा चूक कहने में इसलिए हर्ज नहीं है क्योंकि सागर और मनोरंजन जूते में छुपा कर कलर स्मोक क्रैकर लेकर चले गए और हल्के पीले रंग की गैस छोड़ कर डर पैदा कर दिया। छह आरोपी बनाए गए हैं जिनमें से पांच पकड़े जा चुके हैं। केंद्रीय लोकसभा सचिवालय के अनुरोध पर गृह मंत्रालय ने घटना की जांच का आदेश दे दिया है। सीआरपीएफ के महानिदेशक अनीश दयाल सिंह की अध्यक्षता वाली जांच समिति में सुरक्षा एजेंसिंयों के सदस्य और विशेषज्ञ शामिल होंगे। तो अंतिम निष्कर्ष पर पहुंचने से पहले जांच रिपोर्ट की प्रतीक्षा करनी चाहिए। किंतु यह ऐसी घटना नहीं है जिसकी अनदेखी की जाए या जिसको हल्का मान लिया जाए। वास्तव में इसके कई पहलू हैं जिनकी गंभीरता से विवेचना होनी चाहिए।

दुर्भाग्य से गंभीर मामलों को भी जब राजनीति का शिकार बनने की कोशिश होती है तो उसकी आवश्यक गंभीर विवेचना कम से कम आम लोगों के बीच उस तरह से नहीं हो पाती जैसी होनी चाहिए। संसद में आने–जाने वाले जानते हैं कि वहां किस तरह की तीन स्तरीय और बाहर को मिला दें तो चार स्तरीय सुरक्षा व्यवस्था है। इन पर चर्चा आगे करेंगे, पहले घटना से जुड़े मुख्य पहलुओं को देखें। अमोल महाराष्ट्र के लातूर का और नीलम हरियाणा के जींद की, सागर उन्नाव का और मनोरंजन मैसूर का रहने वाला है। इन चारों में इतने संबंध कैसे हुए कि उन्होंने योजनाबद्ध तरीके से समन्वित और सावधानीपूर्वक अपने कारनामों को अंजाम दिया। इनकी सुनियोजित होने का पता इससे भी चलता है कि नीलम द्वारा नारा लगाते और अमोल के धुआं छोड़ते एक ललित झा वीडियो बना रहा था और उसे सोशल मीडिया पर अपलोड भी किया।  वह एक एनजीओ से जुड़ा है और उसकी जांच आवश्यक है।

घटना पूरी तरह योजनाबद्ध थी इसीलिए जब दर्शक दीर्घा से सागर और मनोरंजन सत्ता पक्ष की ओर कूदता है उसी समय बाहर नीलम और अमोल नारा लगाते हुए आगे बढ़े और धुआं भी छोड़ा। ये छह पास चाहते थे लेकिन इन्हें दो ही मिल सका। अभी तक की जानकारी के अनुसार संसद आने से पहले यह सब गुरुग्राम में विक्रम शर्मा के घर पर रुके थे। आजकल इंटरनेट और सोशल मीडिया के जमाने में एक दूसरे से संपर्क होना कठिन नहीं है। लेकिन यह सब एक दूसरे से इतनी जुड़ गए और इन्होंने इस तरह की योजना बना लिया और पूरा किया तो स्वाभाविक ही इसकी गहराई से जांच करनी होगी कि क्या सब कुछ इन्होंने ही किया या उनके पीछे और भी हैं ,जिनने भी किया उनका उद्देश्य क्या था?  बेरोजगारी या तानाशाही आदि का नारा लगाने के लिए संसद से कूद कर भय पैदा करने की आवश्यकता नहीं थी। वैसे भी संसद हमले की वार्षिकी पर ऐसा करने वाला सकारात्मक सोच का आंदोलनकारी नहीं हो सकता । 13 दिसंबर, 2001 को भीषण जिहादी आतंकवादी हमले ने पूरे देश को हिला दिया था। उच्चतम न्यायालय के फैसलों से साफ है कि उसका षड्यंत्र पाकिस्तान में रचा गया था जिसके पीछे मसूद अजहर का जोश ए मोहम्मद  तथा लश्कर-ए-तैयबा जैसे आतंकवादी संगठन थे। भारत में भी जेहादी आतंकवाद की सोच से प्रभावित अफजल गुरु और उसके साथी इसमें संलिपप्त थे। हालांकि दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के एक प्रोफेसर एस आर गिलानी पर भी आरोप लगा किंतु वह पर्याप्त सबूतों के अभाव में रिहा हो गए। वह हमला संपूर्ण विश्व में जारी अंतरराष्ट्रीय इस्लामी आतंकवाद का एक अंग था। उसके पहले 11 सितंबर, 2001 को अमेरिका के न्यूयॉर्क एवं वाशिंगटन में वर्ल्ड ट्रेड टावर से लेकर पेंटागन पर हमले हो चुके थे और संपूर्ण दुनिया हिली हुई थी। अगर किसी को देश में बेरोजगारों के लिए महिलाओं के लिए आवाज उठानी है या वह बेहतर लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था चाहता है तो कम से कम आतंकवादी हमले के दिन से स्वयं को नहीं जोड़ेगा।  यह देखना होगा कि उनके मस्तिष्क में ऐसी बात आई क्यों? जय भीम जय भारत के नारे का यहां अर्थ क्या है? यह सब भगत सिंह के नाम से बने संगठन से जुड़े बताए जा रहे हैं। भगत सिंह को आदर्श मानने वाले इस तरह आतंकवादी हमले के दिवस से स्वयं को किसी सूरत में संबंधित  नहीं कर सकते।

जैसा हम जानते हैं सदन के भीतर कोई दर्शक तभी जा सकता है जब किसी सांसद की सिफारिश हो। इसके लिए विजिटर फार्म होता है जिसमें पूरी जानकारी भरनी होती है और उसमें संसद को हस्ताक्षर करना होता है। संसद भवन की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पहले से ही मजबूत है। प्रत्येक सत्र के पहले सुरक्षा एजेंसियां सुरक्षा समीक्षा करती है। तीन स्तरीय सुरक्षा व्यवस्था है। परिसर के बाहर दिल्ली पुलिस का सुरक्षा प्रबंध है और अंदर केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल की जिम्मेवारी रहती है। मुख्य भवन की सुरक्षा पार्लियामेंट्री सिक्योरिटी सर्विस यानी संसद सुरक्षा सेवा के पास होती है। यह पूरे परिसर पर दृष्टि रखती है। परिसर में प्रवेश करने से पहले विजिटर को कई चरणों की जांच से गुजरना पड़ता है। संसद के दोनों सदनों में दर्शकों के लिए दीर्घा है।  पास बनाने के लिए संबंधित व्यक्ति को सांसद का पत्र और आधार कार्ड या कोई दूसरा पहचान पत्र देना होता है। रिसेप्शन पर विजिटर की जांच की जाती है। सही पाए जाने पर फोटो पहचान पत्र बनता है। मोबाइल फोन रिसेप्शन पर ही रखवा लिया जाता है। वहां से लोकसभा में और दर्शक दीर्घा में जाने तक तीन जांच होती है। आप कलम तक अंदर नहीं ले जा सकते।‌ पहले विजिटर को पास एक घंटे के लिए दिया जाता था लेकिन बाद में 45 मिनट कर दिया गया। इन्होंने पहली पंक्ति में ही अपने लिए बैठने की व्यवस्था की। जब पीछे के दर्शकों का समय पूरा हुआ, वो जाने लगे तब इनमें से एक अंदर कूदा, दूसरा लटकाऔर फिर जो कुछ हुआ वह सामने आ चुका है। यह सोचने की बात है कि कई महीनो से मनोरंजन भाजपा के सांसद प्रताप सिम्हा के यहां ही पास के लिए क्यों दौड़ लगा रहा था? क्या यह साबित करना था कि भाजपा के सांसद के पास से ही संसद के अंदर ऐसी घटना हुई? मनोरंजन के पिता दक्षिण मैसूर के सांसद प्रताप सिम्हा के परिचित हैं।

 पिछले कुछ समय में खासकर शाहीनबाग धरना के समय से कृषि कानून विरोधी धरना और फिर जंतर- मंतर पर पहलवानों के धरने तक नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार के विरोधियों ने देश का वातावरण ऐसा बना दिया और ऐसी भयानक मानसिकता भी निर्मित कर दी जिसमें बहुत बड़े समूह को ऐसा लगता है कि इस सरकार को किसी तरह बदनाम करना, कमजोर करना, लोगों के अंदर यह भाव फैलाना कि उनके कार्यकाल में देश असुरक्षित है आदि हमारा सर्वोपरि कार्य  है। नीलम इन सभी धरनों में शामिल थी और उसके संपर्क उनके नेताओं से हैं तभी तो जींद में किसानों का एक बड़ा समूह पहुंच गया यह कहते हुए कि उसे रिहा किया जाए। जरा सोचिए,  वातावरण कितना विकृत है कि वैश्विक जेहादी आतंकवाद के हमले के दिन यह सब अपना तथाकथित विरोध प्रकट करने का दिन चुनते हैं और कोई इसकी आलोचना नहीं करता। विपक्ष ने पहले दिन से ही नई संसद भवन को असुरक्षित और अनुपयुक्त साबित करने का अभियान चलाया है। धुआं कांड के बाद समूचे विपक्ष का स्वर एक ही है कि सारे सांसदों और यहां के कर्मचारियों की जिंदगी को असुरक्षित कर दिया गया है। अगर विपक्ष के लोग भी हमले की उसी आक्रामकता से निंदा करते जिस तरह सरकार की कर रहे हैं तो लगता कि वाकई इनके अंदर संसद भवन से लेकर अन्य तरह की सुरक्षा की चिंता है । अधीर रंजन चौधरी कह रहे हैं कि इन लोगों ने देश की असलियत को सामने ला दिया है। ऐसे बयानों से इन लोगों का ही हौसला बढ़ेगा। कोई उनकी इस बात के लिए भी निंदा नहीं कर रहा है कि संसद पर आतंकवादी हमले जैसे भयानक दिवस को चुनना ही आतंकवाद को समर्थन देना और इस नाते देश विरोधी कार्य है। पूरे घटनाक्रम को देखने के बाद निस्संदेह आने वाले समय में इसके पीछे का षड्यंत्र सामने आएगा। ऐसा माहौल न बना दिया जाए कि आम लोगों को दर्शक के रूप में भी संसद भवन को देखने के रास्ते बंद हो जाए। किसी एक घटना का तात्पर्य नहीं कि सारे दर्शक संदिग्ध ही होंगे। सुरक्षा मजबूत करिए और उसके साथ-साथ देश का वातावरण ऐसा बनाइए कि पक्ष और विपक्ष की लड़ाई लोकतांत्रिक सहमति और असहमति की हो नफरत और दुश्मनी की नहीं। नफरत और दुश्मनी की राजनीति से ही इस तरह की भयानक घटनाओं की पुनरावृति होती है।

Anticipation is building for the 17th edition of the iconic Jaipur Literature Festival, scheduled to take place from 1st to 5th of February 2024 at Hotel Clarks Amer in the vibrant Pink City of Jaipur. Teamwork Arts, the producer of the iconic Festival, hosted a celebratory evening at The Quorum, Mumbai yesterday and brought together the city’s dignitaries, Festival speakers and audiences. The Festival also announced the official bookstore for the 2024 edition – Crossword Bookstores.

Apart from talking about the much-awaited Festival programme and offerings, the evening featured a dialogue between Amish, bestselling author, diplomat and Director of the Nehru Centre in London, and Sanjoy K. Roy, Festival Producer and Managing Director at Teamwork Arts. They delved into the significant role that myth plays as a mediator of memory. There was also an exciting jazz performance by percussionist Vladimir Taravos and saxophonist Liudas Mockuinas at the event.

The evening also revealed some of the key themes for the 17th edition of the ‘Kumbh’ of literature. Art & culture are key themes and will have interesting sessions such as one exploring the artistic genius of our country’s foremost modern artist, Raja Ravi Varma with Ganesh V. Shivaswamy, two of whose six-volume series, Raja Ravi Varma: An Everlasting Imprint, navigates the life, artistic style, and everlasting impact of Raja Ravi Varma’s creative journey. In another session, museum curator, art historian and Director of the Fitzwilliam Museum at the University of Cambridge, Luke Syson, will talk of Leonardo da Vinci’s reputation as an inventor and scientist, and the complexity of his creativity and personality that have sometimes almost overshadowed the importance of his aims and techniques as a painter. Syson’s highly acclaimed Leonardo da Vinci – Painter at the Court of Milan exhibit attempts to understand the complex nature of one of the most sought-after artists of the Renaissance period.

The biographies theme includes a session on the book Irrfan: A Life in Movies by film critic and writer Shubhra Gupta. The book is a collection of conversations with the late actor’s contemporaries and their memories of their time with the legend. In conversation with Irrfan Khan’s beloved wife and theatre actor Sutapa Sikdar and filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj, the session will dive into the art, craft, and life of Irrfan.

Pulitzer Prize winning writer Kai Bird will speak at another session on his writing life and literary journey. Famously co-authored with the late Martin J. Sherwin, Bird wrote, American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer, which acted as the inspiration for the Chirstopher Nolan film, Oppenheimer.

Sharmistha Mukherjee’s remarkable biography Pranab My Father: A Daughter Remembers offers a fascinating glimpse into the illustrious life of Pranab Mukherjee, former politician and the thirteenth President of India. In this session, Sharmistha will talk about her workaholic and devoutly religious Baba who narrated events in the spirit of adda at the dinner-table and who never tried to impose his faith or beliefs on her.

The poet who wins every heart – Gulzar Saab – continues to create magic with each new poetry collection, interweaving the allure of old favourites through verse. Translated by award-winning translator and writer, Rakhshanda Jalil, Baal O-Par is a definitive collection of Gulzar Saab’s poetry comprising the complete text of six volumes of poems. Together they will take us through this masterpiece, offering a kaleidoscopic view of history, human experience, and poetic expression.

The Festival will also feature Fashion Designer Tarun Tahiliani. His creations navigate sartorial histories, from the lens of the impact of globalisation and colonisation on attire to the revival of long-forgotten techniques. His book, Journey to India Modern, written with investigative journalist Alia Allana, reveals the paths he takes for his craft, and the significance of his luxury design studio in today’s world. In conversation with television anchor and fashion consultant Ambika Anand, Tahiliani will share insights into his explorations in fashion around the globe, his efforts to merge stories across time and space, and the questions he seeks to pose through his designs.

The Festival will also delve into spiritual histories. The sacred terrain of the high Himalaya has a timeless tradition of spiritual and mystic quests. How do enlightened masters become an enduring and living presence for religious and spiritual communities? Celebrated academic and writer Andrew Quintman has written extensively on the Tibetan master and spiritual poet, Milarepa. Actor and writer Kelly Dorji is a practising Buddhist. His book, The Hidden Rainbow, makes an attempt to take us on a spiritual journey through Buddhist symbolism in the quest for inner peace and acceptance. Together, they will discuss the literary representations of Milarepa’s life and consider the manifold ways in which these life stories move beyond the written page into artistic, ritual and lived dimensions. This session will also include the launch of the Hindi edition of Mystics and Sceptics: In Search of Himalayan Masters.

Leading classicist and cultural commentator Mary Beard’s recent book, Twelve Caesars: Images of Power from the Ancient World to the Modern, explores how Roman art has shaped the Western world’s understanding of power for over two millennia. Examining the relationship between ancient imperial imagery and the modern visual imagination, Beard will take us through the images of Roman emperors, especially the ‘Twelve Caesars’, from the ruthless Julius Caesar to the fly-torturing Domitian, to understand their modern significance. In conversation with historian, writer and podcaster Tom Holland, she will discuss changing identities, deliberate misidentifications and the often-uncertain representations of authority.

This year too, the Festival offers an exclusive Friend of the Festival (FOF) package which promises an unparalleled experience. भारत आज विश्व के कई देशों को विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में राह दिखाता नजर आ रहा है। अभी हाल ही में भारतीय शेयर (पूंजी) बाजार, नैशनल स्टॉक एक्स्चेंज, ने 4 लाख करोड़ अमेरिकी डॉलर के पूंजीकरण के स्तर को पार कर लिया है। विदेशी निवेशक एवं विदेशी संस्थान जो माह सितम्बर 2023 तक भारतीय शेयर बाजार से पैसा निकाल रहे थे, अब अचानक भारी मात्रा में भारतीय शेयर बाजार में पैसा लगा रहे हैं। आज कई बार तो एक दिन में 5000 करोड़ रुपए से भी अधिक की राशि का निवेश इन विदेशी निवेशकों द्वारा भारतीय शेयर बाजार में किया जा रहा है।

नैशनल स्टॉक एक्स्चेंज पर लिस्टेड समस्त कम्पनियों (निफ्टी) का कुल बाजार पूंजीकरण 4 लाख करोड़ अमेरिकी डॉलर अथवा 335 लाख करोड़ रुपए के स्तर को पार कर गया है। पिछले 10 वर्षों के दौरान इन कम्पनियों का पूंजीकरण 17.5 प्रतिशत प्रतिवर्ष की संयोजित (कंपाऊडेड) दर से बढ़ा है। भारतीय शेयर बाजार के विकास की यह रफ्तार अभी भी जारी है और कलेंडर वर्ष 2023 के अभी तक के कार्यकाल के दौरान निफ्टी पर रजिस्टर्ड कम्पनियों के पूंजीकरण, 55 लाख करोड़ रुपए (11 प्रतिशत) से बढ़ चुका है। पिछले केवल 3 माह के दौरान भारतीय कम्पनियों का निफ्टी पर पूंजीकरण 8.82 प्रतिशत की दर से बढ़ा है, जो कि विश्व के 10 सबसे बड़े शेयर बाजार में सबसे अधिक तेज गति से बढ़ा है। आज भारत विश्व के शेयर बाजार के पूंजीकरण में 3.61 प्रतिशत का योगदान कर रहा है जो जनवरी 2023 में 3.37 प्रतिशत था।

नैशनल स्टॉक एक्स्चेंज पर लिस्टेड समस्त कम्पनियों के कुल बाजार पूंजीकरण का स्तर 2 लाख करोड़ अमेरिकी डॉलर के स्तर पर जुलाई 2017 में पहुंचा था और लगभग 4 वर्ष पश्चात अर्थात मई 2021 में 3 लाख करोड़ अमेरिकी डॉलर के स्तर को पार कर गया था तथा केवल लगभग 2.5 वर्ष पश्चात अर्थात दिसम्बर 2023 में यह 4 लाख करोड़ अमेरिकी डॉलर के स्तर को भी पार कर गया है। भारत शेयर बाजार पूंजीकरण के मामले में आज पूरे विश्व में पांचवे स्थान पर आ गया है।

प्रथम स्थान पर अमेरिकी शेयर बाजार है, जिसका पूंजीकरण 47.78 लाख करोड़ अमेरिकी डॉलर से अधिक है। पूरे विश्व में अमेरिकी शेयर बाजार का योगदान, शेयर के पूंजीकरण के मामले में, 44.74 प्रतिशत है और अमेरिकी सकल घरेलू उत्पाद का अमेरिकी शेयर बाजार का पूंजीकरण 188 प्रतिशत है। द्वितीय स्थान पर चीन का शेयर बाजार है जिसका पूंजीकरण 9.73 लाख करोड़ अमेरिकी डॉलर से अधिक है। इस वर्ष 2023 में चीन के शेयर बाजार ने अपने निवेशकों को रिणात्मक प्रतिफल दिए हैं। पूरे विश्व में चीन के शेयर बाजार का योगदान 9.12 प्रतिशत है और चीन के सकल घरेलू उत्पाद का चीनी शेयर बाजार का पूंजीकरण केवल 54 प्रतिशत है। तीसरे स्थान पर जापान का शेयर बाजार है जिसका पूंजीकरण 6.02 लाख करोड़ अमेरिकी डॉलर से अधिक है। पूरे विश्व में जापान के शेयर बाजार का योगदान 5.64 प्रतिशत है और जापान के सकल घरेलू उत्पाद का जापान के शेयर बाजार का पूंजीकरण 142 प्रतिशत है। चौथे स्थान पर हांगकांग का शेयर बाजार है जिसका पूंजीकरण 4.78 लाख करोड़ अमेरिकी डॉलर से अधिक है। पूरे विश्व में हांगकांग के शेयर बाजार का योगदान 4.48 प्रतिशत है और हांगकांग के सकल घरेलू उत्पाद का हांगकांग शेयर बाजार का पूंजीकरण 1329 प्रतिशत है। जबकि भारत, फ्रान्स एवं ब्रिटेन के शेयर बाजार को पछाड़कर पांचवे स्थान पर आ गया है। आज भारत के शेयर बाजार का पूंजीकरण 4.10 लाख करोड़ अमेरिकी डॉलर से अधिक है। पूरे विश्व में भारत के शेयर बाजार का योगदान 3.61 प्रतिशत है और भारत के सकल घरेलू उत्पाद का भारतीय शेयर बाजार का पूंजीकरण 114 प्रतिशत है। जिस तेज गति से भारतीय शेयर बाजार का पूंजीकरण आगे बढ़ रहा है, अब ऐसी उम्मीद की जा रही है कि शीघ्र ही भारतीय शेयर बाजार का पूंजीकरण हांगकांग शेयर बाजार के पूंजीकरण को पीछे छोड़ते हुए पूरे विश्व में चौथे स्थान पर आ जाएगा।

केंद्र सरकार पर विपक्षी दलों द्वारा कई बार यह आरोप लगाया जाता है कि भारत में सरकारी उपक्रमों को समाप्त किया जा रहा है। जबकि पिछले 27 माह के खंडकाल के दौरान सरकारी उपक्रमों का पूंजीकरण शेयर बाजार में दुगना होकर 46.40 लाख करोड़ रुपए का हो गया है। सरकारी उपक्रमों ने अपने बाजार पूंजीकरण में इस अवधि में अतुलनीय वृद्धि दर्ज की है। बॉम्बे स्टॉक एक्स्चेंज का सेन्सेक्स पिछले 27 माह में 60,000 के स्तर से 70,000 के स्तर को पार कर गया है। इन सरकारी उपक्रमों के कोरपोरेट गवर्नन्स में भारी सुधार हुआ है, जिसके चलते न केवल विदेशी निवेशकों का बल्कि भारत के संस्थागत निवेशकों एवं खुदरा निवेशकों का भी विश्वास इन सरकारी उपक्रमों पर बढ़ा है।

केंद्र सरकार द्वारा आर्थिक क्षेत्र में लगातार लागू किए जा रहे विभिन्न सुधार कार्यक्रमों के चलते विदेशी संस्थागत निवेशक, विदेशी खुदरा निवेशक एवं विदेशों में निवास कर रहे भारतीय मूल के नागरिक भी भारतीय कम्पनियों में भारी मात्रा में शेयर बाजार के माध्यम से निवेश कर रहे हैं। हालांकि हाल ही के समय में भारतीय कम्पनियों की लाभप्रदता में भी अतुलनीय वृद्धि दृष्टिगोचर हुई है जिससे इन कम्पनियों के विभिन वित्तीय रेशीओ बहुत आकर्षक बन गए हैं। जबकि चीन, हांगकांग, जर्मनी, जापान जैसे शेयर बाजार अपने निवेशकों को रिणात्मक अथवा बहुत कम रिटर्न दे पा रहे हैं। कई विदेशी संस्थान निवेशक तो चीन, हांगकांग आदि देशों से अपना पूंजी निवेश निकालकर भारतीय शेयर बाजार में कर रहे हैं। इससे आगे आने वाले समय में भी भारतीय शेयर बाजार में वृद्धि दर आकर्षक बनी रहेगी, इसकी भरपूर सम्भावना व्यक्त की जा रही है।

ऐसा कहा जाता है कि शेयर बाजार में निवेशक अपनी जमापूंजी का निवेश बहुत सोच विचार कर करता है एवं जब निवेशकों को यह आभास होने लगता है कि अमुक कम्पनी का भविष्य बहुत उज्जवल है एवं निवेशक द्वारा किए गए निवेश पर प्रतिफल अधिकतम रहने की सम्भावना है, तभी निवेशक अपनी जमापूंजी को शेयर बाजार में उस अमुक कम्पनी में निवेश करते है। इस प्रकार, जब किसी भी देश की अर्थव्यवस्था पर निवेशकों का भरोसा बढ़ता हुआ दिखाई देता है तो विशेष रूप से विदेशी निवेशक एवं विदेशी निवेशक संस्थान उस देश में विभिन्न कम्पनियों के शेयर में अपनी निवेश बढ़ाते हैं। चूंकि विदेशी संस्थानों को आगे आने वाले समय में भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था पर एवं भारतीय कम्पनियों की विकास यात्रा पर भरपूर भरोसा है अतः भारतीय शेयर बाजार में निवेश भी रफ्तार पकड़ रहा है।
