डॉ. रामावतार किला बने पहले अध्यक्ष

नई दिल्ली – राजस्थान फाउंडेशन और राजस्थानी मित्र मंडल द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से “विरासत और विचार” नामक एक सांस्कृतिक एवं साहित्यिक संध्या का आयोजन रविवार, 22 जून 2025 को आध्यात्म साधना केंद्र, छतरपुर, नई दिल्ली में किया गया। यह कार्यक्रम राजस्थान फाउंडेशन के दिल्ली चैप्टर की स्थापना तथा सीए (डॉ.) रामावतार किला को उसके प्रथम अध्यक्ष के रूप में सम्मानित करने के लिए आयोजित किया गया।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में केंद्रीय कानून एवं न्याय मंत्री माननीय श्री अर्जुन राम मेघवाल उपस्थित रहे। अपने उद्बोधन में उन्होंने राजस्थान की सांस्कृतिक विरासत को संजोने और आगे बढ़ाने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उन्होंने डॉ. किला द्वारा समाज सेवा, शिक्षा और सांस्कृतिक जागरूकता के लिए किए जा रहे कार्यों की विशेष सराहना की।

विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में श्री के.के. विश्नोई, राज्य मंत्री, उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य विभाग, राजस्थान सरकार, ने कार्यक्रम में भाग लिया और समाज व संस्कृति के क्षेत्र में सामूहिक प्रयासों की सराहना की। राजस्थान फाउंडेशन की आयुक्त, डॉ. मनीषा अरोड़ा (आईएएस) ने दिल्ली चैप्टर की स्थापना पर बधाई दी और फाउंडेशन की राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर विस्तार होती भूमिका को रेखांकित किया।

सीए (डॉ.) रामावतार किला, एक समर्पित समाजसेवी, शिक्षाविद और सफल उद्योगपति हैं, जिन्होंने स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा और जनकल्याण के क्षेत्रों में कई उल्लेखनीय कार्य किए हैं। अपने अध्यक्षीय संबोधन में उन्होंने दिल्ली चैप्टर को एक ऐसा मंच बनाने की बात कही, जो संस्कृति, संवाद और युवा सहभागिता को प्रोत्साहित करे।

कार्यक्रम की सफलता में राजस्थानी मित्र मंडल की अहम भूमिका रही। मंच संचालन और आयोजन व्यवस्था में श्री कनिष्क यादव, श्री अनिल जैन और उनकी टीम का विशेष योगदान रहा, जिन्होंने पूरे कार्यक्रम के समन्वयन, संचालन और अतिथियों के स्वागत में अत्यंत समर्पण के साथ कार्य किया।

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत पारंपरिक स्वागत, दीप प्रज्वलन और गणेश वंदना से हुई, जिसके बाद एक सुंदर सांस्कृतिक नृत्य प्रस्तुत किया गया। साहित्यिक सत्र में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के वक्ताओं ने विचार साझा किए, जिनमें शामिल थे:

इस अवसर पर अनेक गणमान्य व्यक्ति भी उपस्थित रहे, जिनमें श्री के.सी. जैन, श्री श्याम बागड़ी, श्री एस.एस. अग्रवाल तथा श्री राम गोपाल धानुका के साथ-साथ डॉ. शरद पांडे, डॉ. मुकेश नगर, डॉ. दिनेश जांगिड़ और डॉ. सुभोध गर्ग जैसे सम्माननीय नाम शामिल थे, जिनकी गरिमामयी उपस्थिति ने कार्यक्रम को और भी महत्वपूर्ण बना दिया।

इसके पश्चात सम्मान समारोह आयोजित हुआ, जिसमें समाज को उत्कृष्ट योगदान देने वाले व्यक्तियों को सम्मानित किया गया। The Folk Caravan द्वारा प्रस्तुत राजस्थानी लोक संगीत ने समापन को यादगार बना दिया। कार्यक्रम में 500 से अधिक लोग उपस्थित रहे।

इस आयोजन को सफल बनाने में Perfect Foundation, Bagrry’s Group, Continental Milkose Group और Action TESA Group जैसे प्रतिष्ठित प्रायोजकों का विशेष योगदान रहा, जिनके सहयोग के लिए आयोजक मंडल ने उनका हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त किया।
“विरासत और विचार” न केवल राजस्थान फाउंडेशन के दिल्ली चैप्टर के लिए एक गौरवपूर्ण शुरुआत थी, बल्कि इसने सांस्कृतिक एकता, नेतृत्व और समाजसेवा की भावना को भी मजबूती से दर्शाया।

75 साल पहले हमें मरने के लिए यहां लाया गया था। हमारे पास ना कोई देश था, ना कोई सेना थी। सात देशों ने हमारे विरुद्ध जंग छेड़ दी। हम सिर्फ 65,000 थे। हमें बचाने के लिए कोई नहीं था। हम पर हमले होते रहे, होते रहे।

लेबनान, सीरिया, ईराक़, जॉर्डन, मिस्र, लीबिया, सऊदी अरब जैसे कई देशों ने हमारे ऊपर कोई दया नहीं दिखाई। सभी लोग हमें मारना चाहते थे किंतु हम बच गये।

संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने हमें धरती दी, वह धरती जो 65 प्रतिशत रेगिस्तान थी। हमने उसको भी अपने खून से सींचा। हमने उसे ही अपना देश माना क्योंकि हमारे लिए वही सब कुछ था।

हम कुछ नहीं भूले, हम फिरऔन से बच गए। हम यूनान से बच गए। हम रोमन से बच गए। हम स्पेन से बच गए। हम हिटलर से बच गए। हम अरब देशों से बच गए। हम सद्दाम से बच गए। हम गद्दाफी से बच गए।
हम हमास से भी बचेंगे, हम हिजबुल्ला से भी बचेंगे और हम ईरान से भी बचेंगे।

हमारे जेरूसलम पर अब तक 52 बार आक्रमण किया गया, 23 बार घेरा गया, 39 बार तोड़ा गया, तीन बार बर्बाद किया गया, 44 बार कब्जा किया गया लेकिन हम अपने जेरूसलम को कभी नहीं भूले। वह हमारे हृदय में है, वह हमारे मस्तिष्क में है और जब तक हम रहेंगे, जेरूसलम हमारी आत्मा में रहेगा।

संसार ये याद रखें कि जिन्होंने हमें बर्बाद करना चाहा वह आज स्वयं नहीं है। मिस्र, लेबनान, बेबीलोन, यूनान, सिकंदर, रोमन सब खत्म हो गए हैं।

हम फिर भी बचे रहे।

हमें वे (इस्लामी) खत्म करना चाहते हैं। उन्होंने हमारे रस्म रिवाज को कब्जाया। उन्होंने हमारे उपदेशों को कब्जाया। उन्होंने हमारी परंपरा को कब्जाया। उन्होंने हमारे पैगंबर को कब्जाया। कुछ समय पश्चात अब्राहम इब्राहिम कर दिए गए, सोलोमन सुलेमान हो गए, डेविड दाऊद बना दिए गए, मोजेज मूसा कर दिए गए…

फिर एक दिन… उन्होंने कहा तुम्हारा पैगंबर (मुहम्मद) आ गया है। हमने इसे नहीं स्वीकार नहीं किया। करते भी कैसे, उनके आने का समय नहीं आया था। उन्होंने कहा, स्वीकारो! कबूल लो! हमने नहीं कबूला। फिर हमें मारा गया। हमारे शहरों को कब्जाया गया, हमारे शहर यसरब को मदीना बना दिया गया। हम कत्ल हुए, भगा दिए गए…

मक्का के काबा में हम 2 लाख थे, मार दिए गए। हमें दुश्मन बता कर कत्ल किया गया, फिर सीरिया में, ओमान में यही हुआ। हम तीन लाख थे, मार दिए गए। ईराक़ में हम 2 लाख थे, तुर्की में चार लाख, हमें मारा जाता रहा, मारा जाता रहा। वे हमें मार रहे हैं, मारते जा रहे हैं। हमारे शहर, धन, दौलत, घर, पशु, मान-सम्मान सब कुछ कब्जाए जाते रहे फिर भी हम बचे रहे।

1300 सालों में करोड़ों यहूदियों को मारा गया फिर भी हम बचे रहे।

75 साल पहले वे हम पर थूकते थे, जलील करते थे, मारते थे। हमारी नियति यही थी किंतु हम स्वयं पर, अपने नेतृत्व पर, अपने विश्वास पर टिके रहे रहे।

आज हमारे पास एक अपना देश है। एक स्वयं की सेना है, एक छोटी अर्थव्यवस्था है। इंटेल, माइक्रोसॉफ्ट, आईबीएम, फेसबुक, जैसी कई संस्थायें हमने इस दौर में बनाईं। आज हमारे चिकित्सक दवा बन रहे हैं, लेखक किताबें लिख रहे हैं, ये सबके लिए हैं , यह मानवता के कल्याण के लिए है।

हमने रेगिस्तान को हरियाली में बदला। हमारे फल, दवाएं, उपकरण, उपग्रह सभी के लिए है।

हम किसी के दुश्मन नहीं है, हमने किसी को खत्म करने की कसमें नहीं खाईं। हमें किसी को बर्बाद भी नहीं करना, हम साजिशें भी नहीं करते।

हम जीना चाहते हैं, सिर्फ सम्मान से, अपने देश में, अपनी जमीन पर, अपने घर में।

पिछले हजार सालों से हमें मिटाया गया, खदेड़ा गया, कब्जाया जाता रहा, हम मिटे नहीं, हारे नहीं और न आगे कभी हारेंगे। हम जीतेंगे, हम जीत कर रहेंगे, हम 3000 सालों से यरुशलम में ही थे। आज हम अपने पहले देश इजराइल में हैं। यह हमारा ही था, हमारा ही है और हमारा ही रहेगा, येरूसलम हमसे है और हम येरूसलम से हैं।

इस तरह की ऐसी जिजीविषा हम हिंदुओं में भी पनपनी चाहिए। हमेशा स्मरण रखना कि मानसरोवर, काबुल, कंधार, पेशावर ,लाहौर, कराची , ढाका ,चटगांव अपनी संतानों की प्रतीक्षा में है।

The tender for manufacturing and maintaining 9,000 hp electric locomotives was executed in a transparent manner

About 89% of the components used in manufacture of Dahod locomotives are made in India

Delhi : Indian National Congress held a press conference on 23rd June 2025. In the press conference, various misleading allegations were made against Indian Railways and the production of 9000 hp electric locomotives at Dahod. The actual facts are listed below :

Transparent tender process: The tender for manufacturing and maintaining 9,000 hp electric locomotives was executed in a transparent manner. There are two electric locomotive manufacturers globally who have the capability to design and manufacture 9000 hp electric locomotives – Alstom and Siemens – both of them participated in the tender.

Evaluation process: The tender was evaluated by a team of technical and financial experts, in line with the processes that Indian railways has always followed. In technical evaluation, both Alstom and Siemens were equally placed. In the financial bid, the bidder with the lowest price was awarded the contract.

Transparent price discovery: The price discovered through this transparent method is highly competitive. The contract is as per the tender documents. There is no change in the tender conditions.

Professional evaluation, no conflict of interest: The entire tender process was executed by the teams of officers who are technically and financially competent to handle such matters as per rules. There is no question of conflict of interest because the process was followed as per rules and procedures that Indian Railways has always followed. There is no involvement of the Minister of Railways in the tender evaluation process. Moreover, both Siemens and Alstom have been working with Indian Railways for many decades.

Guaranteed reliability based agreements: Over the past two decades, Indian Railways has been moving to life cycle cost based procurements so that reliability of products increases and thereby safety of passengers increases.

Components manufacturing: As per the current manufacturing process, about 89% of the components used in manufacture of Dahod locomotives are made in India. Railway component manufacturing ecosystem is rapidly growing in India. A locomotive is a very complex machine and its components are equally complex. They are manufactured at various locations in India and supplied to various locomotive manufacturers. Very few countries in the world can claim the level of manufacturing components that India has been able to achieve because of the thrust given to manufacturing in the last decade.

Maintenance: The locomotives manufactured at Dahod will be maintained at four depots – Visakhapatnam, Raipur, Kharagpur, and Pune.

AAEA demands accountability for mishaps in ‘abandoned’ oil/gas wells

Guwahati: Expressing concern over the Sivasagar crude-oil well gas leakage in the last few days, a Northeast India based forum of graduate engineers have urged both Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) and Oil India Limited (OIL) to come clear about the so-called ‘abandoned’ wells, which have the potential to harm human life, property and environment, as the concerned private parties operating such wells often do not come forward to take responsibility. All Assam Engineers Association (AAEA), in a statement, also appealed to the Union Government in New Delhi to hold the concerned ONGC/OIL officials accountable for any disaster at an oil or gas well after having declared it ‘dried up’.

“It’s apprehended that some corrupt ONGC/OIL officials declare certain oil/gas wells as ‘old one’ (meaning not feasible for drilling) — so that private parties can then enter, seize the opportunity to drill, and extract benefits (with the secret understanding of sharing such benefits with the concerned corrupt officials of state-sponsored ONGC/OIL). Is there any mechanism to monitor the concerned officials after they declare a loaded oil/gas well as ‘dry one’, and thereby facilitate private parties in oil/gas extraction in lieu of personal gain?” said AAEA president Er Kailash Sarma, working president Er Nava J Thakuria and secretary Er Inamul Hye.

The Bhatiapar-Bari Chuk (Sivasagar) and 2020 Baghjan (Tinsukia) OIL well blowout remind the same story where private parties were operating the well (after these were assumed to be lacking sufficient oils /gas reserves) and accidents took place. It means that no lessons have been learnt on how to prevent such practices. Shockingly, India as a nation still does not have an efficient response team to deal with disasters of such magnitude, so expert teams from countries like Canada or USA have to be urgently brought in to address the problems, added the AAEA statement.
